All merchandise items (excluding music) are printed on demand at locations in Europe and the USA. Usually, it takes 3-4 days from the point of order for your items to dispatch. This can vary slightly from time to time.
Return & Exchange Policy
As all merchandise orders are printed on demand, I'm afraid we do not accept refunds or exchange requests unless there is something physically wrong with it (e.g. damaged). Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start your refund request.
We do accept refund requests for music items providing the item is in the condition you received it, not opened (i.e. not out of the wrapper), and within 14 days or receipt. Please email email@example.com to start your refund request.
By purchasing from this website you understand that your personal data is captured in order to fulfil your orders. It is stored in an encrypted and safe database, and will only be used in relation to the fulfilment of your order. Data is shared with our distributor, Printful, in order for them to ship you your order, but other than that, it is not shared with any third party. You can request for your data to be completely deleted at any time.
